General Commission Agreement

This document outlines the binding terms and conditions for all creative services provided by Yeda Porcalla (“Artist”) to the “Client.” By engaging the Artist’s services, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. Please review these carefully before proceeding.

🔍 Project Scope & Approval

• Deliverables: The specific number of studies and revisions allowed depends on the project type and will be clearly outlined in the project proposal.
• Approvals: To ensure project progression, every project stage, including initial studies and final artwork, requires written approval (signed and dated) from the Client before the Artist proceeds to the next phase.
• Scope Creep: Any requests falling outside the original project scope will be treated as a new project or billed at a separate rate, subject to the Artist’s availability and work complexity.

⏰ Turnaround Time

• Timeline: The minimum turnaround time for any deliverable is 14 business days from the date the initial payment is received and the project scope is formally signed off. Timelines may vary based on project complexity.

💬 Communication

• Correspondence: All project-related communication must be conducted via email to maintain a professional record. Instant messaging applications are not accepted for formal project tracking.
  • Replies are usually to be expected during working hours and business days, never during weekends, holidays, or evenings.
• Meetings: The Artist reserves the right to voice-record project meetings to ensure all requirements are accurately captured.

👀 Confidentiality & Ownership

• Non-Disclosure: No work from the project may be shared, posted, or exposed by the Client until the project is fully finalized and payment is received in full.
• Unselected Studies: All preliminary studies, drafts, and concepts not selected for the final version remain the exclusive property and intellectual copyright of the Artist. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

📂 File Delivery

• Access: Final assets will be provided via a designated shared drive. Clients are responsible for downloading all files within 30 days of project finalization, as the Artist cannot guarantee storage beyond this period.
• Requests: Any special format requirements must be discussed and agreed upon prior to project commencement. Original working files are not to be provided.
