General Commission Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the work commissioned by the Client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") from Yeda Porcalla (hereinafter referred to as "Artist"). By engaging the Artist's services, the Client agrees to the following:

🔍 Project Scope:

• The Artist will provide a maximum of three (3) design studies.
• Two (2) rounds of revisions are included. Additional studies or revisions will be charged an extra P500-P1000 per round, depending on complexity.
• APPROVALS: Every revision or study, including the approved final works should be duly signed and dated by Client before the Artist can proceed with the necessary changes.

⏰ Turnaround Time:

• The minimum turnaround time for any revision, study, or deliverable is at least seven (7) days from the day it was signed off and paid.

👀 Confidentiality:

• No work from the project may be shared or exposed in any way until full payment is received and the project is finalized.
• Unselected Studies: All studies and drafts not chosen by the Client remain the sole property and copyright of the Artist and may not be used, posted, or shared by the Client in any way.

📂 File Delivery:

• The Client will receive final files as .PNG files, delivered either to the Client’s email address or through a designated shared drive for the project.
• Logo deliverables include .PNG and .SVG versions, including both positive (colored) and negative (black and white) variations.
• If you require other file formats, please discuss this with the Artist before the project begins.
• Original working files will not be provided. Editable files may be available upon request, depending on the nature of the project.

✏️ Design Integrity:

• Any changes, evolutions, or further development of the project's design must be exclusively handled by the Artist. The Client is prohibited from having the design copied, revised, or edited by any other graphic artist.
